Established in 2006, 2B NonProfit is dedicated to giving back to the community. Part of Dot Fiftyone Gallery, the foundation operates as its nonprofit arm, supporting artists in peripheral communities through their formative years and helping them find their voice. We believe enrichment is mutual — the center shifts with the point of view — and our work challenges stigmas around marginality, celebrating creative expression as a path to dignity and community integration.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program

KIN is a curatorial program dedicated to contemporary LGBTQ+ artists — without euphemisms or reductionism. It proposes a horizontal reading on gender, sexuality and social life, placing queer aesthetics in the general social channel where these proposals definitively belong.

The program resists both the omission of the author's sexual orientation and its reduction to mere erotic commentary. Queer art as social, political and ontological practice.

inclusion program for creative people in special situations

Cross delves into the concept of marginality, illustrating that — much like beauty — it is subjective and shaped by societal perceptions. In our highly materialistic society, the lack of economic resources is among the most stigmatizing conditions. The program celebrates the expressions of individuals overcoming significant challenges and fosters a genuinely inclusive community.

Powerful perspectives ranging from disruptive landscapes and family scenes to mythological themes, the concept of time, climate change and bucolic portraits of dance. Built in collaboration with Camillus House, Better Way of Miami and Chapman Partnership, and curated alongside artists and social activists David Rohn and Pangea Kali Virga, who run the art programs at these institutions.
