The way Roldán Vukonich manifests his art is mostly through sculpture, installation, and video. Movement is an important art of his expression, that comes through in the fluidity of the relationship between the material. This material is constantly a combination of naturally found elements, such as wood, and other more processed ones like steel. The idea of movement can also be found in installations such as “Teorías de la comunicación”, in which the audience is invited to imagine how certain objects that are foreign to the space found their way there. He also experiments with painting, and even in that there is always a consideration to be had on the earthy textures he uses and creates. Through his career and studies in his native Argentina, he’s been awarded multiple times and has been part of multiple exhibitions.
