Inés Marcó’s art is ever-changing because of how related it is to the cycles and moments in her life. When she was 14, in her native Concordia, Argentina, she realized how her human experience would always come from the perspective of her own consciousness. She went on to learn how to communicate that through art in degrees she completed in Buenos Aires and Barcelona. Her awareness of the use of resources, in how she takes as much time as she needs into every stroke and how finite the materials she uses are, shapes the way she uses color, paper fabric, and ceramics. Other aspects of her life that influence her work are her swimming, her ability for writing, and how unapologetically reflective she has always been. Marcó has obtained multiple awards in Argentina, and has had exhibitions and residencies in France, Spain, the US, among others.
